Our cleaners typically work in pairs and are responsible for:
• Cleaning and maintaining residential homes
• Following cleaning checklists and quality standards
• Respecting client property and privacy
• Arriving on time and ready to work
• Using company-approved cleaning supplies and equipment
• Providing friendly, professional service at all times
You’ll help support families throughout Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and surrounding Hampton Roads communities.
To be considered for this position, applicants must:
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have active auto insurance
• Have reliable transportation
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting light items, etc.)
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• General liability insurance is preferred for all applicants.
• For 1099 subcontractor positions, liability insurance is required and must be maintained during active work assignments.
(Documentation will be requested during onboarding.)
• Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish / Portuguese)
• Knowledge of the Hampton Roads area and nearby neighborhoods
Compensation varies depending on role, route, and experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process. Bonuses and tips may also be available based on performance and client satisfaction.
Some positions may be offered as 1099 independent contractor roles. Independent contractors are not employees and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance coverage, and business expenses. Full details will be provided prior to onboarding.
